Keto chocolate mousse

Most of us have sweet cravings at times, and being on a keto diet shouldn’t make you regret those your dedication! A keto chocolate mousse is tasty, easy to prepare and has the right amount of net carbs to sustain a strict keto diet.

Ingredients –

2 tbsp cocoa powder

½ cup heavy cream

2 ounces softened cream cheese

1 tsp vanilla extract

¼ cup powdered erythritol

Salt

 

Directions –

  1. Beat the cream cheese until it is light and fluffy.
  2. Add in the heavy cream and vanilla extract to the beaten cream cheese and mix using an electric mixer on low-speed.
  3. Add in the erythritol, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt and mix.
  4. Finally, turn the mixture to high and mix the ingredients until light and fluffy.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
